BILLING AND PAYMENT
All work is carried out with the time taken logged, with a breakdown of time spent on specific aspects of the designing. This is available upon request.
Clients are expected to settle their accounts within 28 days. If this is not adhered to, then the account may be subject to interest charges on the amount owing.
If the amount remains unpaid, then the client may be taken to the small claims court.
We reserve the right to remove work done from the web if bills remain unpaid.
IF WEB SITE GOES DOWN FOR LONG PERIODS - REIMBURSEMENT
We will fight keenly for your rights with the end provider of your domain hosting. We can setup domain monitoring services to tell you when your site is down for longer than 10 minutes.
